If you'll be out of touch with your e-mail during the holidays, you
might want to shut down your Screen-L subscription so that messages
don't pile up.
 
The simplest way to do this is to UNsubscribe now and then REsubscribe
when you want to return.
 
To UNsubscribe:
 
1.  E-mail [log in to unmask] (and not [log in to unmask]).
2.  Put the following in the message:
 
unsubscribe Screen-L
 
To REsubscribe:
 
1.  E-mail [log in to unmask] (and not [log in to unmask]).
2.  Put the following in the message:
 
subscribe Screen-L [Put Your Name Here Without the Brackets]
