About the Conference.
 
"Situating The Comedy: Celebrating 50 years of American Television
Situation Comedy, 1947-1997" is an interdisciplinary, international
conference sponsored by the Bowling Green Center for Popular Culture
Studies, Department of Popular Culture, and Popular Culture library.

Book Exhibit
The Conference Book exhibit will be held on the third floor ofthe
Universtiy Union(Sept 26-27, 1997)
 
* Registration
The conference will begin on Friday morning at 8 am with registration
and will conclude on Saturday evening at 11pm. All persons attending
and participating in the conference must register. To avoid dalays,
you are urged to pre-register by September 19, 1997. Advantages to
pre-registration include a fee reduction
