The Ninth Indiana Film and Video Competition
   The Indiana Film and Video Festival recognizes and awards the works of
independent film and video makers in and from Indiana, and her neighboring
states Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan and Ohio. Midwestern artists bring a
distinctive heritage and perspec
Format
   Entries must be submitted on either 1/2"VHS or 3.4"" videocassette.
Film entries must be transferred to a video format. Maximum length
of an entrant must not exceed 60 minutes. The videocassette and box
for each entry must be marked with: Program Title, Running Time, Entrant's
Name, Address and Telephone Numer. Each entry must be accompanied by a signed
Entry form. DO NOT SEND MASTERS!
