Off the top of my head the film 'BLACK ROBE' is a great, and accurate,
depiction of Native Americans in Canada. Dealing with the Jesuits who
arrive early in the 17th century and their interaction with a Huron
tribe. A must see.

Other films include 'THUNDERHEART' with Val Kilmer. Lou Dimond Philps
character in both 'YOUNG GUNS' and the sequel. But please watch 'BLACK
ROBE' you should not be disappointed.
