William Castle' HOMICIDAL is quite interesting.  The lead character is meant
to be a man who went to Denmark and got a sex change and is now a man.  It's
been called a PSYCHO rip-off but is pretty amazing in its own right.
 
If you're doing Dracula and Frankenstein you should of course look at the
Warhol versions (directed by Paul Morrisey).
 
Rocky Horror Picture Show also comes to mind.
 
And of course a slew of lesbian vampire films:  Blood and Roses, The Vampire
Lovers, Dracula's Daughter, etc.
