I hate to be the one to ruin the casual conversation of this group with a
question that reduces us to the utilitarian, but I've been asked by a
couple of local movie buffs to explain who a "Greensman" or "Greensperson"
is. This is a new category in screen credits that has evidently appeared in
the last few years and whose origin has escaped my research efforts.
Anybody have a clue?
