As a librarian, the problem of copyright is ever-present. I would
suggest that instructors looking for guidance regarding copyright consult
the following book:

Bruwelheide, Janis H.
The Copyright Primer for Librarians and Educators, 2nd edition.
American Library Association and the National Education Association, 1995.
  ISBN:0838906427 Price: $22.00
ALA Editions (800)545-2433, press 7 to order

This book covers copyright issues for all materials, including
multimedia/audiovisual materials. If your library does not have a copy,
encourage your librarians to purchase a copy. If that isn't possible, you
can request it through your library's interlibrary loan department.
