When you say modern, I presume you mean concerning "contemporary" issues.
Otherwise, you should consider virtually any movie about cavemen.
 
A couple immediately come to mind:
Caveman
Clan of the Cave Bear
 
Interesting question, though.  If you are confining this question to more
current periods, genres, etc, I think you'd agree that the Rambo series
provided more grunts than oratorical gems.
