Any  thing is possible, however legal is a whole other issue. . .
 
I think what you would be shooting for is "fair use" and copying the whole
film would not meet that criteria.
 
You could seek permission from the copyright holder but even if you could
navigate that maze I would guess your chances are less than slim.
