Frameworks Alliance will celebrate the 14th Annual Central Florida
Film and Video Festival at the Orlando Museum of Art and two other
local venues from Sept. 27 through Oct. 7, 1996.  In addition to
showcasing the best alternative film and videos,  this eleven day
festival will present art exhibitions that includ performances by
local artists, fashion showa and film related seminars.
