Its really laughable, and beneath the contempt of the civilized world-- but
there is a dark, sinister side as well that goes far beyond mere
"Puritanism." This mentality leads directly and inexorably to the kind of
sadistic power machinery illustrated in Passolini's Salo. Censorship exists
to mask the motives of those who demand it.
