Let me say that the actor who plays "the red haired doctor" is David Morse,
who rose to fame playing a doctor on TV's "St. Elsewhere."  Yes, Goines has
staged the animal breakout as a feint.  The "insurance agent" IS the doctor
from the future, who does not intend to stop it from spreading, but is
instead trying to "insure" that it does.  Perhaps.
