Seems that distribution or language (as speech) is not a "visible" issue in
this posting?  Shame e...These issues are important even if the cinema of
Wales is not "coming up roses"  or going to Lenin
these days...  but then you did have that English"gentleman" find a
"mountain" and lost the essence of  your language... why not talk about
existing Welsh cinema before you talk about your secondary theories?  I think
if you want to rediscover Bazin... you must first
encounter your own cinema.  I saw a documentary a few years
back about some Welsh youth... they made the film and they talked
about their situation... it was powerful.
