My first step would be to ask CBS. A colleague of mine working on a 1950s
NBC doc managed to get a little info (if not the actual doc) from NBC, which
in turn was helpful in finding the piece in question.
 
Otherwise, I'd suggest you post to AMIA-L, the list for the Association of
of Moving Image Archivists. When last I checked, they were at:
