Mickey Rooney's Carmen Miranda impression was one of his favorite bits.
 He does it in at least one of the Mickey/Judy-thons for MGM (I can't
tell you which one -- they all blend together!).
 
Bugs Bunny also does Carmen Miranda in one of the shorts from the
forties.
 
And I think that Milton Berle regularly did Carmen on his tv show.
