Like you, I remember Tobor, the 8th Man.  I have seen advertisements for it on

video in several issues of Filmfax magazine.  $30 for eight episodes.  (Also

offered were Astro Boy and Clutch Cargo.)  I've also seen it in stock at a Best

Buy store here in the DC area.  Many video stores have a Japanese animation

section and if they don't have the video you are looking for, they often can

order it for you.  Good luck.
