Looking for articles/books/references on the following topics:

1. The villianization of the japanese in the action film, that is the
replacement of soviets by the japanese as the major threat in a lot of modern
action films.

2. Interpretations of modern horror film (post Night of the Living Dead) as
political/social criticism. No Robin Wood references needed, I've read'em all,
or at least I think so.

Thanks in advance,

Ulf

BTW, has anyone found out why Seguin was so insulting yet? My knowledge on
american critics is limited, but I find Joe Bob Briggs quite... original :-)
