I'm pursuing a lead I came across in my research on Miriam Hopkins.  She shows

up in some pictures accompanied by "long forgotten British actress Heather

Thatcher."  I've checked a lot of sources, but can't find anything about said

Heather Thatcher.  If anyone out there can supply any information about this

woman, I would be quite grateful.

 

In a related vein, I've uncovered some info on Stephen Roberts, the director

who died in 1936, and some members of this list have helped out.  Does anyone

happen to know how Roberts died?  I have conflicting sources which say he died

a) in an auto accident and b) of a heart attack.  Again, thanks in advance for

any help.
