Relax.
 
That post may have been highly insulting but hardly ethnocentric.
Canadian ethnicity closely resembles that of the U.S.  I have lived
in Canada nearly ten years now. Though not an expert on film schools
here, from what I have been able to observe I found the remarks
plausible and not highly insulting. I suppose there are those academic
enclaves that would choose to feel highly insulted, but most Canadians
aren't inclined to concern themselves with Yankee criticisms in any
case.
