In my experience there's no one stop shopping for
acting/camera instruction.  Suggest you try Michael
Cane's video tape, "Acting In Film", Mamet's short
text on acting, Ron Richards' "A Director's Method..."
and Sanford Meisner's classic, "On Acting".
