I'm surprised that the unintentional messages constituted as much as 25%,
though, since I've made that blunder myself, I suppose I shouldn't be.
I've been in favor of a moderator all along and have been glad to have been
spared all those "unsubscribe" messages. The high percentage of killed
messages which were repetitions or misdirected (and potentially
embarrassing to the people posting them) certainly argues for a moderator.
