A recent posting alluded to the distraction of legions of chattering patrons
at a showing of "Frankenstein." In viewing "Eat, Drink, Man, Woman" last
weekend, I was treated to the endless palavar of a couple of chatterboxes,
one of whom delivered her own cinematic epitaph when she offered this 110
decibel opinion (speaking of the father in the movie): "Oh, I hope he doesn't
marry that obnoxious loudmouthed woman."
