I've seen Tetsuo available here on the east coast in a subtitled version, even
at Blockbuster (Though its true there's very little dialogue to
account for).  One version i've seen contains _Tetsuo_ alone; the other
follows it with a 26 min. short called _Drumstruck_, which is interesting.
