    If you have a short film or video 25 minutes or less in length,
    you may send it to "1st Frames" on VHS (NTSC or PAL). There are no
    deadlines for submission. You must have secured full broadcast,
    cable and videocassette sale rights forr all music and components
    prior to broadcast. "1st Frames" pay $100/minute for non-exclusive
    broadcast rights.
