 Correction to Hoppe list. Kubrick is not "a Brit." He has never, to my knowled
ge applied for British citizenship. His choice of residence is due to staying a
far away from the Hollywood machine as possible. Also, he has frequently collab
-orated with Americans (Herr, Hasford, Diane Johnson) on screenplays.
