It's amazing how, when you ask the right people the right questions,
you can get *wonderful* responses. To Julie, Jeannette, Dirk, Jesse,
Peter, and Marti, thanks for your pointers to Jeff Ruoff and to
"An American Family" material.
 
While I was already aware of some of the material you suggested, each
of you provided additional insights. I thank you all.
 
I'm still looking for additional information and still lurking on the
list. I certainly appreciate any additional help that others may be
able to offer.
