According to Ken Mandelbaum's book NOT SINCE 'CARRIE': FORTY YEARS OF
BROADWAY MUSICAL FLOPS, Tommy Rall had featured roles in -- JUNO (3/9/59,
16 performances), a musical version of JUNO AND THE PAYCOCK with score by
Marc Blitzstein and dances by Agnes DeMille -- CAFE CROWN (4/17/64, 3
performances), a musical version of Hy Kraft's 1942 comedy of the same
name with score by Albert Hague and dances by Ron Field -- CRY FOR US ALL
(4/8/70, 9 performances), a musical version of William Alfred's drama
HOGAN'S GOAT with score by Mitch Leigh and William Alfred and dances by
I don't know (Rall played a comic relief supporting role in this opposite
Helen Gallagher). Also, I think Tommy Rall had a supporting role in MILK
AND HONEY, Jerry Herman's first Broadway show in 1961 and a minor hit but I
have no verification of this at hand.
 
While we're the subject, does anybody know who the third female dancer was
in the "From This Moment On" number in the movie version of KISS ME
KATE? Ann Miller and Carol Haney were the other two. Was it Joan
McCracken (a big star on Broadway in the 1940s and early 50s and Bob
Fosse's second wife)?
