The 16th Big Muddy Film Festival is February 27 - March 6 at Southern Illinois
University at Carbondale.  This festival accepts 16mm films and 1/2" or 3/4" vi
deos of any length and classification.  The deadline for entries is February 1.
  Along with competition films, there will be presentations by the three judges
:  Craig Baldwin, Phil Solomon, and Delida Maria Benfeild.
