     I have taught radio and television production courses for
thirty years.  A lot has come and gone -- and come around again
during that time.
     I have only had to be concerned with "obscene" materials
on one occasion (in 1965).  Since then, I have only had to
require that any materials submitted MUST be acceptable for
broadcast in a conservative small town.
     Students will always test the limits.  The challenge is to
keep the limits and stop wimping out generation after
generation -- until we all have to watch nothing more
enlightening than Bevis and Butthead!
