    The Charlotte (NC) Film and Video Festival seeks to foster and
    encourage independent film and video artists, especially those with a
    unique point of view.
 
    The festival will take place at Charlotte cultural institutions located
    in and around downtown, 5-15 May 1994.
 
    This year's cash prizes will be at least $3,500.
 
    Entry fee is $30.00
