 relations between the two, or, conversely, arguments for
"no necessary correspondence" between them.
For the
 May 24 panel and workshop deadline, individuals may only
submit or be included in one proposal.
For the Sept. 22 deadline, individuals may submit up to (and
no more than) two proposals, one each to a topic panel/
workshop and to the open call.
