Jeremy,
I've been on a Moo or two and when we've scheduled meetings, we've
usually scheduled them to start during "prime-time" (@ 7:00 p.m. EST) and
allow them to last for anywhere from two to four hours, to let people
from the West join in. The only problem is the some Europeans have to stay
up late. Maybe you can hold several meetings, one for continent or so. Then
post the transcripts to SCREEN-L, the fileserver and make them available
by anonymous FTP, so everyone can see what the groups have done.
