Dear PJ:
  I agree with you, but just one note. People must be really happy with
quite some crappy VCR tapes at home. Especially since the NTSC standard is
525 lines of resolution and not 200.
  HDTV proposes 2000 lines of resolution, almost compatible with some VGA
or color graphics computer monitors. But the HDTV monitor is higher and wider
than your computer with a high hue definition, something which if your
computer offers, then you've shelled out a hell of a lot of money for.
