The other night I saw this movie _Footlight Parade_, with James Cagney,
Joan Blondell, Ruby Keeler, and Dick Powell. It was entertaining, but
also quite strange. I watch a lot of classic movies, so I did take into
account the different style of comedy and general film writing, but there
were a lot of surprising bits in this picture. A large production number
toward the end, "The Honeymoon Hotel" has to be one of the weirdest things
I've ever seen in a movie, and I've watched Esther Williams movies.

Has anyone else here seen this movie? Comments?

Melinda
