 That would be me, Andrea, but Lisa's acknowledgement is a
 (flattering) surprise to me.  I haven't seen the book yet...
 
 I know Lisa from graduate school days and we've kept in touch over the
 years.  She's in Ohio this semester on a temporary appointment; her
 main base is in Tucson.
