A lot depends on whether you want to actually do the production
yourself or merely oversee the process and coordinate.  There
are several services available or texts and guides I could
recommend.  If you would like to e-mail me directly, we could
look at what you might need.  The process of production is
obviously a bit much for a listserv posting.  Hope I can help.
