Just a bit of nit-picking from a historian on the list . . .
 
Cal - NSDAP (the initials of the Nazi party) stand (in German) for National
Socialist German Workers' Party - the word "Democratic" was not in the party's
name.
 
Henry - The Night of the Long Knives was a purge AGAINST the S.A.  _Triumph
of the Will_ indicated the ascendency of the SS over the SA, not vice versa.
