Can anyone give me a brief outline of the steps
involved in the special effects used in a film like
Ghost where characters walk through walls and doors, pass
through other humans, etc? I have a pretty good grasp
of computer manipulation of the photographic image. Is this
basically the same process? Also, I would appreciate
information on any good recent journal articles
or books explaining such techniques.
Thanks,
G. Mitchell
