        As a student I find it interesting that there is a recession in
higher education.  Although news dailies have been filled with stories
reporting this recession for many months we seem to be in stasis here at
Catholic U.  The interesting thing is, even though there are, demographically,
fewer students, tuition keeps rising.  Although I'm not an economist, you'd
think the natural reaction in a buyers market would be to lower prices to
attract the most buyers (students).
