        For finding crew (professional) you might try film commisions.
A lot of states have film commissions, and they will be happy to help you
hire residents of their states. I live in Virginia, and you would be
surprised how many professionals live in a "non-film making state." You
do not have to go to New York or California to get professionals, they
are everywhere.
