Tufts University: School of Arts & Sciences: Film & Media Studies

The Film and Media Studies Program at Tufts University is searching for a
part-time lecturer for Spring 2022 to teach an undergraduate, upper-level
course in film studies with a focus on feminist, queer, or Bipoc film,
filmmakers and traditions. The course may take a historical,
genre-specific, or contemporary approach, and cover filmmakers working
within and outside Hollywood, and in national and/or diasporic cinemas.

All persons on campus must wear masks and show proof of vaccination or
accommodation.

Qualifications

A Ph.D. degree in Film Studies or a related field, as well as experience
teaching at the college level, are preferred.

sample syllabi in the area described above, course evaluations from
previous courses if available, and three confidential letters of reference
