This might be a given, but the SCMS (Society For Cinema and Media Studies)
website has a short list of affiliated institutions. It doesn't cover ALL
film/media programs/courses in the U.S. (for example, at Stony Brook we
have a Cinema and Cultural Studies major as well as a Cultural Studies PhD
program with a number of graduate students teaching film courses), but it's
a start.
