 Ca’ Foscari University of Venice is proud to present you the fifth edition of the Ca’ Foscari Short Film Festival.

The Festival - reserved to short films from cinema/media schools and universities - is on the way to its fifth edition, we’re growing bigger and better every year and we are very proud to held this year competition at Auditorium Santa Margherita, a wonderful theater in the heart of Venice, from March 18th to 21st 2015.
We invite you to take part in our International Competition with this is a call for works; please refer to the Contest Regulations and the Entry Form attached for all the details. The deadline for submitting your works is January 20th, 2015. This year, for the first time, we will award the Best Sound Track, along with the Grand Prix fot Best Film and the other Special Mentions.
We will inform the directors selected by February 20th, in order to allow you to plan a visit to our festival. We can help you to find accommodation in Venice via our Housing Office.
This is a great chance to show your films in one of the most breathtaking city in the world, to viewers from all over the globe, and we cannot wait to give your works a proper screening here in Venice, be they fiction films, documentaries, or animations.
