Concordia University Wisconsin seeks applicants for a full-time faculty position in the Communication Department beginning in the 2013-2014 academic school year.  This position is in the area of Mass Communication and Broadcast Media, with experience in Mass Communication appreciated.  A doctoral degree is preferred although highly-qualified ABD candidates demonstrating significant progress toward a doctorate will be considered.  Academic preparation and teaching in these areas is desirable.  Candidates should also demonstrate familiarity with Christian doctrine, should be able to teach from the perspective of Christian faith, and should be able to articulate clearly how their teaching would connect to Concordia's mission.

Concordia University Wisconsin is a Higher-Learning-Commission-accredited, co-educational, liberal arts institution which offers undergraduate majors, graduate programs, and adult education undergraduate majors. Concordia's campus is located on approximately 200 acres on the shore of Lake Michigan, just 20 minutes north of downtown Milwaukee. Founded in 1881, the Mequon campus and 15 Concordia centers are home to over 7,500 undergraduate and graduate, traditional as well as nontraditional students from 44 states and 27 countries.
