Papers will be pre-circulated. Each panel will begin with the Chair positioning the context for the papers (5-10 mins). Then the two speakers will have 10-15 mins to present their arguments as a series of open issues to be debated. The remaining 45 mins will be devoted to round-table discussion and debate, during which we hope that most of those attending will be able to participate.

The fee does NOT include refreshments or lunch. Delegates are welcome to use the café of the Institut or the restaurants/bars in the surrounding area for refreshments/lunch. There are many hotels in South Kensington for delegates staying overnight.
