AFI Catalogue lists these films with keyword "Eugenics":
The Escape (1914), David W. Griffith Majestic Motion Picture Co.
Married in Name Only (1917), Edmund Lawrence Ivan Film Productions, Inc.
The Black Stork (1917), Leopold Wharton Wharton, Inc.
The Garden of Knowledge (1917),
The Very Idea (1920), Lawrence C. Windom Taylor Holmes Productions, Inc.
Their Mutual Child (1920), George L. Cox American Film Co., Inc.; Flying
"A" Special
The Very Idea (1929), Richard Rosson RKO Productions
Unfortunately, most of these will be a challenge to find, if at all (the
first by Griffith is lost; _The Black Stork_ was preserved as _Are you fit
to marry_?). You might check with University of Michigan - Historical
Health Film Collection
(http://www.med.umich.edu/medschool/chm/resources/healthfilms.htm) for
early films.
