_Film & History_ at the American Historical Association on 7 January 05

If you will be at the American Historical Association meeting in early
January (Seattle), please find time to attend the Film & History session
on Friday afternoon, beginning at 3:30pm in the Elliott Bay Room of the
Westin Hotel.

Speakers include John E. O'Connor, Robert B. Toplin, Ron Briley, and
Steve Mintz (invited).

The Michael Moore discussion, with special focus on his controversial
_Fahrenheit 9/11_ will continue with lots of time for the historians in the
audience to have their say.

We will attempt to have C-SPAN coverage as per last year when we
conducted a two-hour session on Hollywood's White House and The
West Wing.
