Dear Colleagues,

I'm gathering materials for a course on critical and cultural theory. Has
anyone taught such a course and successfully incorporated cinema? In
particular I'm wondering if you have favorite articles that bring specific
films into relation with Derrida, Foucault, Gramsci, Habermas, Lyotard or
any other major theorists not usually linked with cinema. If anyone knows
of films, film articles or syllabuses that might work, I'd be delighted to
hear about them. Feel free to contact me through the list or directly
through my school email, [log in to unmask]

Sincerely,

Carol Vernallis
