Dear Jason,
Is FSU Florida State? What is UCD? I had written a paper on the
relationship between the producers of the film TOP GUN and the US navy
but I'm afraid that the news and probable proximity of your conference
will make me unavailable. Please specify for me and other readers.
Thanks.

Subject: Re: [SCREEN-L] FSU Communications Colloquium on Hollywood and
the Pentagon

Dear All,

On behalf of The FSU College of Communications, I would like to announce
a special colloquium we will be holding on Sept. 10, 2004 in UCD 1101
from 1:30-4:00 pm. Presenters will be scholars, journalists and retired
military personnel, who will be discussing the history and current
trends between the Military and Hollywood in cooperation in motion
pictures and television. Although we realize that we may have missed
the window for full promotion, we would greatly still appreciate
assistance in any nature that would help the word get out.

Yours sincerely,
Jason Grant McKahan
Graduate Research Assistant
