William Richert's "The American Success Company" was, in fact, issued
(perhaps in re-cut form, I don't know) on VHS (NTSC) retitled as
"Good as Gold." It is for sale at $20.00 USD at www.thecinematrade.com.
Note this VHS is in NTSC, not PAL format, and is a formal rental copy.

You also might want to take at look at the Anchor Bay Special Edition
(2-disc) DVD set of Richert's WINTER KILLS. In the supplements the
garrulous Richert gives some interesting background and context for "The
American Success Company," which he (quickly) co-wrote and directed in
order to raise money to complete WINTER KILLS.
